Full-Service Packing

Full and Partial Packing — Boxes, Materials, and Bilingual Packers

Packing eats more weekends than most people plan for. The kitchen alone is a full Saturday once you start wrapping glassware properly, and a rushed pack is how a champagne flute ends up in shards three states away. Top Moving packs full homes or just the rooms you would rather not touch, and the crew shows up with everything in the truck: hurricane-rated cartons in every size, kraft paper, bubble, tape, dish-pack inserts, wardrobe boxes, and mirror cartons. You do not have to call around Home Depot for cartons or find out you came up short the night before.

Pack day runs bilingual EN/ES end to end. Carolina, Janelle, and the packing crew all switch into Spanish without missing a beat for the Osceola Puerto Rican community Diego grew up in, so the kitchen does not become a translation problem when grandma wants to point out which platter goes in which carton.

Hurricane-rated cartons, not the supermarket kind

The cartons we bring are double-walled and rated for the Florida humidity — they hold their shape through a summer afternoon rain and through the kind of stacking that goes on inside a sealed truck. Standard supermarket boxes wilt the first time the seam touches moisture. Ours do not. That matters when a load might sit one extra day waiting for a hurricane window to pass.

Pack all, pack the hard rooms, or pack and unpack

Full pack means we handle the entire home from the first closet to the loaded truck. Partial pack means you do the easy stuff — books, linens, clothes — and we take the kitchen, the china cabinet, the garage, the master closet, or whatever you would rather not box yourself. Either way the labeling system is the same: every carton tagged with destination room and a one-line content description, so the unload is dropping cartons where they go instead of opening every one to find the cheese grater.

  • Hurricane-rated double-walled cartons in every size, supplied by us
  • Kraft paper, bubble, tape, dish-pack inserts, wardrobe and mirror cartons all included
  • Whole-house pack-up or a scoped pack of select rooms – your choice
  • Bilingual EN/ES packers on every job
  • Padded single-item crating for dishes, stemware, mirrors and framed pieces, item by item
  • Optional unpacking at the new house with fragile items unwrapped and cartons hauled off
  • Hourly packing-only at $95/hr per two-mover crew (no truck)
  • Pack plus load plus haul at the $155/hr two-mover crew rate or flat-band

Pack day usually lands a day or two before the load so everything is sealed and ready when the haul crew rolls up. Call (888) 711-4778 to scope pack scope and timing with Janelle.

The Way a Top Move-Day Runs

From the First Quote on Orange Blossom to the Last Box on the Counter

1

Send the Basics Over

Two ZIPs, the move-day, a rough room count. Janelle walks the figure inside the next business hour, signed and on the house.

2

Signed Figure, Same Hour

The flat Florida rate hits your inbox before the hour is out. Truck, padded W-2 bilingual crew, floor runners, dollies and hurricane-rated straps all sit inside the line item \u2014 zero hourly meter ticking underneath.

3

We Pad, Haul, Reset

Diego or Hector drops the gate at the curb by 6am, the W-2 crew steps out of the rig in Top uniform, the floor runners roll out across every slab-on-grade tile and hardwood doorway before a single box clears the porch, and the haul is wrapped, driven and reset at the new address by the same hands \u2014 truck rolling before the 3pm storm.

Service FAQ

Should we provide our own boxes for the move?
No. The crew brings hurricane-rated double-walled cartons in every size, plus paper, bubble, tape, dish-pack inserts, wardrobe boxes, and mirror cartons. You do not have to estimate quantities or chase down boxes at the hardware store the night before.
Can you pack only the kitchen and the garage?
Absolutely. Partial packs are common. You handle the easy rooms — books, linens, clothes — and we take whatever you would rather not box. The labeling system stays the same either way, so the unload still lands sorted by room.
Is the packing crew bilingual?
Yes. Carolina, Janelle, and the packing crew all switch between English and Spanish without missing a step. For the Osceola Puerto Rican community we grew up in, pack day runs in whichever language the household speaks at the kitchen table.
Do you unpack at the new house?
If you want it, yes. We set cartons in the room they are labeled for, unwrap the fragile items, and haul off the empty cartons and paper so the first week in the new place is not lived around a wall of cardboard.
When does pack day land?
Usually a day or two before the truck rolls, so the house is sealed and labeled when the haul crew arrives. For full packs on bigger homes we sometimes split it across two sessions. Janelle lays out the timing when she walks the home for the quote.

Lock the move-day on the calendar — from there Diego walks the room-by-room with you himself, en inglés o español.
