Loading a truck well is a skill, not just lifting

How a truck is loaded decides whether your things arrive intact. Heavy and square pieces go on the bottom, weight balances front to back across the rear axle, and fragile items get padded and wedged so the load does not turn into a landslide the first time you brake hard for a Turnpike toll plaza. Furniture rides pad-wrapped against the wall of the load. Glassware rides cushioned and centered, not packed against a wheel well.

Yes — that is one of our most-booked services. You handle the Penske, U-Haul, Budget, or Ryder rental, and our W-2 crew loads it tight and balanced at $95/hr for two movers. The crew brings the skill and the straps; you bring the vehicle.

Is the crew really your own people?

Yes. Bilingual EN/ES, uniformed, on payroll, background-checked — the same crew we put on full-service moves. Not day-labor sourced from a gig app, and not subcontracted. Hector or another crew chief runs the job.

Is there a minimum?

Two-hour minimum on labor-only bookings. No equipment minimum, because you are paying for the hands and the loading know-how, not for a truck or gear we are not providing.

Do you load PODS and portable containers?

Yes. If a POD is parked in your driveway for forty-eight hours, we pack it tight inside that window. Building a load that survives transport is exactly what the crew is good at.

Can I split it — load here, unload there?
